The annual “Best Places to Work in Maine” program is now accepting entries from companies with at least 15 employees.

The program surveys the companies and assesses how employees feel about the cultures and benefits at their workplaces.

Companies chosen by the program will be honored at a red carpet gala in the fall, according to a release about the program.

“Best Places to Work in Maine” is put on by the Maine State Council of the Society for Human Resources Management and is endorsed by Best Companies Group, the Maine State Chamber of Commerce, The Maine Department of Labor, The Department of Economic and Community Development, Maine HR Convention and Mainebiz.

Interested companies can apply to participate in the program online at bestplacestoworkme.com by May 23. Companies are charged a fee to cover the cost of producing the report, and it ranges based on the number of employees.
