ARRESTSAUGUSTA

Thursday at 5:49 p.m., Keith R. Casey, 34, of Augusta, was arrested on warrants and a new charge of domestic violence assault by police responding to a complaint on Capitol Street.

6:56 p.m., Wanda M. Lewis, 43, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence by police responding to a traffic complaint on North Belfast Avenue.

WINTHROP

Thursday at 10:22 a.m., Adam M. Randall, 33, of Winthrop, was arrested on a warrant charging failure to pay fines on Annabessacook Drive.
