WATERVILLE — Rick Burgess Sr. and Dany Beaudoin, of Waterville, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Burgess, of Winslow, to Timothy Lee Jr., also of Winslow, son of Timothy Lee Sr. and Lisa Lee, both of Clinton.
