INDUSTRY — Sparrow’s Nest Theater will present “The Art of Belly Dance” in a performance featuring Nova and Natalie with the Barefoot Truth Dancers. The event will begin at 7 p.m. Saturday, at 1114 West Mills Road.

The Barefoot Truth Dancers’ performances feature entrancing improvisational movement story telling, mesmerizing colors and costumes. The dancers share a unique collaborative sisterhood experience with the audience.

Suggestion donation is $5. Sparrow’s Nest is a partnership between Red Clay Creek Presbyterian Church in Wilmington, Del. and United in Christ Presbyterian Church, in Starks. Sparrow’s Nest is funded, in part, through grants from the Presbytery of Northern New England and Mission at The Eastward. Based in Industry, Sparrow’s Nest Theater, aims to support and foster a creative arts community. Producing plays, offering arts classes and a monthly music praise worship are some of the activities.
