Danny Adams, 48, was charged with operating a truck with an unsecured load by police responding to a crash in the southbound lane of Interstate 95. Adams was driving a tractor trailer for a recycling company. A police report indicates the crash occurred when debris flew out the top of the uncovered trailer. The debris hit a passing vehicle. Troopers inspected the tractor trailer and placed the vehicle out of service for “numerous violations.”
