OAKLAND — Mr. and Mrs. Richard Rodrigue, of Oakland, recently celebrated their 65th anniversary at Joseph’s Steakhouse in Waterville.
Rodrigue and the former Joan LaCroix were married July 2, 1949, at Sacred Heart Church in Waterville.

Mrs. Rodrigue is retired. She was employed by Keyes Fiber Co.
Rodrigue also is retired. He was employed by Thayer and Seton hospitals.
They have two children, Sandra Palmer, of North Belgrade, and Betty Latham, of Weld; four grandchildren, Mariah Griffith, Wade Eno, Erica Harris and Shane Palmer; and three great-grandchildren, Jacob and Tyler Harris, and Alexis Palmer.
Guests attended from Waterville, Weld, Belgrade, Benton, Charlotte, N.C., and Foxboro, Mass.
