OAKLAND — Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Jones, of Oakland, have announced the engagement of their son, Justin Dennis Jones, of Oakland, to Raquel Clark Leusner, of Chadds Ford, Pa., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steven J. Leusner, also of Chadds Ford.
The bride to be is a graduate of Quinnipiac University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and child development, and West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she received her master’s degree in social work. She is employed by Vinfen Corporation where she serves as a clinical specialist.

The prospective groom is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine, where he received a bachelor’s degree in music performance with a concentration in jazz studies. He currently serves as the Director of Bands for the Saugus High School and Elementary schools.
The couple is planning a summer 2015 wedding in Winthrop, Mass.
