FAIRFIELD — Alexis Chamberlain had five goals and one assist to spark the Lawrence field hockey team to an 8-1 win over Bangor in Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A action Thursday.

Lauren Watson, Emily McLean and Chelsea Ballard also scored for Lawrence (12-1). Hallee Parlin chipped in two assists while Emily Tozier stopped seven shots in the cage.

Abigail Elliot scored for Bangor (4-9). Rachel Luc made 20 saves.

MESSALONSKEE 7, HAMPDEN 1: Nathalie St. Pierre and Lydia Dexter combined for five goals as the Eagles rolled to the KVAC A victory in Hampden.

St. Pierre scored three goals, while Dexter added two. Emily Hogan chipped in with a goal and an assist, and Saige Knight had the other goal. Brooke Quirion and Sierra McLellan also had assists.

Chalbi French made two saves for Messalonskee (11-2). Hampden is 4-8-1.

GARDINER 5, WATERVILLE 0: Sophmore Claire Crocker scored a pair of goals as the Tigers won the KVAC B game in Waterville.

Nickyia Lovely, Hailee Lovely and Kaylee Michaud also scored for Gardiner (10-1-1). Maddy Beaulieu and Lilly Chepke each had an assist. Olivia Philbrook made five saves for the shutout.

Caitlin White and Coby Dangler combined for 17 saves for Waterville (0-13).

WINSLOW 7, MORSE 1: Natalie Greene scored a pair of goals to help the Black Raiders take the KVAC B win in Bath.

Sarah Wildes had two assists for Winslow (12-0-1). Delaney Wood and Hope Winkin combined to make one save for the win.

Bronwyn Morrisette scored for Morse (1-12).

CARRABEC 5, MT. ABRAM 3: Brooklynn Moore and Paige Chadbourne each scored two goals to lead the Cobras to the Mountain Valley Conference in North Anson.

Jaclyn Beatrice scored a goal, while Baylee Atwood had two assists for Carrabec (5-7).

Emma Kearing had two goals for Mt. Abram (5-6-1), while Lindsay Huff added a goal.

OCEANSIDE 2, ERSKINE 1, 2OT: Emma Gould scored on a free kick 2 minutes into the second overtime to give the Mariners the KVAC B win in South China.

Kelsey Brooks opened the scoring off an assist from Courtney Simmons to give Oceanside (6-4-0) a 1-0 lead. Erskine (6-2-3) answered when Mallory Chamberlain scored. Taylor Boucher was credited with the assist.

Kalyn Grover made nine saves for Oceanside while Cass Ray also stopped nine for the Eagles.

BOYS SOCCER

 

ERSKINE 3, OCEANSIDE 0: Luke Peabody, Sam Wilkinson and Trevor Hubbard scored as Erskine blanked Oceanside in Rockland.

Josh Reed picked up the lone assist for the Eagles (9-1-1). Denver Cullivan made two saves to shut out the Mariners (5-3-2).
