Peter Thiboutot, of China Village, and Rebecca Applebee, of Waterville, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Katie Thiboutot, to Seth Dolinsky, son of David and Sandy Dolinsky, of West Cornwall, Conn.
Katie is a 2002 graduate of Waterville High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Rhode Island, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Katie is currently attending St. Mary’s University for Marriage and Family Therapy and is the office manager at Assistance in Recovery in St. Paul, Minn.

Seth is a 1994 graduate from Salisbury School and a 1998 graduate from Lewis and Clark College, with a degree in religious studies. He is currently the program director at St. Paul Sober Living in St. Paul.
Katie and Seth are planning a summer 2015 wedding to be held in Freeport.
