ARRESTS

IN OAKLAND, Thursday at 7:02 a.m., Andrea Thomas, 38, of Oakland, was arrested on a warrant.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 2:16 p.m., Richard James Courtney, 26, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines and fees.

11:36 p.m., Michael Steven McGuire, 45, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of terrorizing on two counts, violating condition of release and assault.
