IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday, Nicole Hennessy, 33, of Phillips, was arrested on a charge of failing to appear.

Matthew Giustra, 40, of New Sharon, was arrested on a charge of stalking.

Joshua Rollins, 34, of Strong, was arrested on a charge of hindering apprehension.

Daniel Banville, 26, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension.

Wednesday, Chelsea Goggin, 20, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Aaron Willard, 27, of Eustis, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

Christopher S. Handley, 33, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines or fees for operating under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 10:44 a.m., Robert Louise Tucker, 45, of Madison, was arrested on a warrant.
