WATERVILLE — Kennebec Valley Toastmasters invites those interested in developing or improving communication and leadership skills to an open house on Tuesday, Jan. 6, and Feb. 17, 2015, in the Admin Building Room 221, Thomas College, 180 West River Road, accoridng to a news release from the club.
This event is free and open to the public. Registration and social time will start at 6 p.m., and presentation begin at 6:15 p.m. There is limited seating; please RSVP as soon as possible.
This special event will include prepared and impromptu speeches and speech evaluations. Kennebec Valley Toastmasters is a local nonprofit community club with meetings in Waterville and Augusta. The club welcomes new members and guests of all speaking abilities.
