Benjamin Brill, 32, Los Angeles, Calif., motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, April, 12, 2012, in Madison; dismissed.
Joseph S. Chambers, 40, Detroit, assault, Nov. 18, 2012, in Palmyra; 180-day jail sentence, all but seven days suspended, one-ear administrative release, $26.50 restitution.
Dana Davis, 31, Bingham, assault, Jan. 3, 2013, in Bingham; $300 fine.
Charles L. Gannon, 22, Rumford, criminal mischief, June 13, 2011, in Madison; 180-day jail sentence, all but four days suspended, one-year administrative release, $909.56 restitution.
Robert L. Whitney, 42, Athens, negotiate a worthless instrument; July 29, 2008, in Bingham; $50 fine, $95 restitution.
