WINSLOW – Workers from the Waterville Water District were called to the intersection of China Road and Carter Memorial Drive after a report of a water main break Wednesday.

Travel delays were expected while crews repaired the broken pipe. Early estimates indicated that there would be an impact on travel for 5-6 hours.
