ARRESTS

IN FAIRFIELD, Monday at 5:28 p.m., Jeffrey J. McGrath, 36, of Kidder Street, Winslow, was arrested on Skowhegan Road on an arrest warrant.

Tuesday at 12:21 a.m., Damien Depalma, 21, of Lilac Lane, was arrested at Gene’s Market on Western Avenue and charged with criminal attempt, criminal mischief and violating conditions of release.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 12:44 p.m., Shawn Braley, 33, of Warren, was arrested on a writ.

1:51 p.m., James Robert Batey, 28, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of theft.

6:45 p.m., Jeffrey J. McGrath, 36, of Winslow, was arrested on a warrant.

Tuesday at 2:51 a.m., Damian Depalma, 21, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditional release.

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 12:05 a.m., Mark Addison, 22, of 103 Monk Road, Benton, was arrested on The Concourse and charged with operating under the influence and operating without a license.

Monday at 9:43 p.m., Lorissa Ferrin, 22, of 57 Summer St., Apt. 3, was arrested on Summer Street on a charge of domestic assault.

IN FAIRFIELD, Monday at 5:28 p.m., Trevor J. Charette, 22, of Violet Avenue, Waterville, was issued a summons on Skowhegan Road on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Tuesday at 12:21 a.m., a 16 year-old juvenile was issued a summons at Gene’s Market on Western Avenue on charges of criminal attempt and criminal mischief.

IN WINSLOW, Monday at 11:20 a.m., Mark A. McDonough, 59, of Silver Street, Waterville, was issued a summons on China Road on charges of failure to register vehicle, obscuring motor vehicle plate marks, displaying fictitious license certificate, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
