Chelsea Hammond and Doug Sawyer were married Oct. 11, 2014, at The 1812 Farm in Bristol.

The bride is the daughter of Stephen Hammond, of Fayette. The bridegroom is the son of John and Pamela Sawyer, of Columbia Falls.

Lisa Stenzel was matron of honor.

Bridesmaids were Vanessa Bishop, MacKenzie Gibson, Megan McNeill, and Allison Verhaak.

Jason Greene was best man.

Groomsmen were Mark Day, Phil Hammond, Dan MacKenzie, Dean McGray, and Jeff Stevens. Ring bearers were Benjamin Verhaak and Olivier Verhaak.

A reception was held at The 1812 Farm.

Chelsea is a 2004 graduate of Kents Hill School and attended Endicott College. She is employed by Pine State Trading Co., in Gardiner.

Doug is a 2001 graduate of Narraguagus High School in Harrington, and a 2003 graduate of Central Maine Technical College in Auburn. He is co-owner of Generators of Maine in Belgrade.

They took a Caribbean cruise, and live in Belgrade.
