Portland police are investigating a robbery at the Nickelodeon Cinemas on Temple Street Thursday night.
A man entered the theaters at 10 p.m., demanded money from the clerk and showed a handgun, police said. Nobody was hurt.
The suspect was described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, about 150 pounds and wearing black glasses, a brown beanie-style hat and a hooded sweatshirt and was last seen heading east on Middle Street.
