Maine-ly Harmony women’s barbershop chorus recently held a candlelight ceremony to install its new officers. They are Sue Staples, of Bangor, president; Cathy Anderson, of Jefferson, vice president; Jan Flowers, of Winterport, treasurer; Anne Danforth of Chelsea, secretary; Sharon Judkins, of Freeport, member at large; and Kathy Joyce, of Bowdoinham, member at large.
The group meets at 6 p.m. every Wednesday at Togus VA in Building 205, Eastern Ave., in Augusta, and invites women of all ages to visit and sing with them.
