Ryan E. Bolduc, 24, of Waterville, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce April 25 in Waterville; $350 fine.

Joshua D. Carey, 41, of Augusta, use of drug paraphernalia May 16 in Hallowell; $300 fine.
