AUGUSTA

Tuesday at 8:55 p.m., Samantha M. Berube, 27, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant by police conducting a check on Hartford Square.

11:09 p.m., Derrick Uriah Smith, 26, of Augusta, was arrested on a probation hold and new charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct by police responding to a report of mischief on Bridge Street.

Wednesday at 4:17 a.m., Christopher LaPlante, 33, of Manchester, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing, operating under the influence and operating after suspension by police responding to a report of a domestic disturbance on Middle Road.

GARDINER

Tuesday at 3:15 a.m., Michelle Benavidez, 34, of Bucksport, was arrested on a warrant by police responding to a report of suspicious behavior at a Bridge Street business.

9:41 a.m., Bonventura Rocque, 60, of Pittston, was charged with operating under the influence by police responding to a two-car crash on the Pearl Harbor Remembrance Bridge. The crash left Rocque’s vehicle inoperable, so it was towed from the scene. The other vehicle sustained minor damage. Rocque was examined by rescue workers and then arrested. He posted bail at the Gardiner Police Department.
