A family friendly Pie On The Porch event will be offered during the downtown Farmington’s Summer Festival Celebration from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 25, at the Holman Parish House, 227 Main St., Farmington, next door to the Old South Church. A piece of fresh, home-baked pie or old-fashioned bread pudding will be served with a cold beverage. The cost is $4 per person. Vanilla ice cream is 50 cents extra.

Chrissy Poulsen will emcee live music. In case of rain, the event will be held next door in the Old South First Congregational Church.

Proceeds will benefit the Church’s Newman Wing outreach and community service.
