Two boys charged after setting fire at Oakland’s Cascade Mill site

The two boys were caught after starting a small fire in a barrel in one of the buildings on Cascade Mill Road, where the mill burned in 2010.

Cocktail hour and tours of Waterville Opera House and city hall planned.
