The man killed Saturday when the all-terrain vehicle he was driving slid down an embankment in Corinna and rolled over him has been identified as Thomas Hughes, 61, of Lisbon.

The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office said Sunday that Hughes was pronounced dead at the scene near an ATV trail at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

His wife, Tracy Hughes, 58, was treated for non-life threatening injuries at Sebasticook Valley Health in Pittsfield.
