Saturday at 1:05 p.m., a caller from Lone Indian Trail reported a sex offense.

4:42 p.m., a Whitten Road caller reported theft.

5:58 p.m., a 30-year-old Augusta man was issued a summons charging him with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer following a report of shoplifting on Civic Center Drive.

7:21 p.m., a 59-year-old woman from Bernard was issued a summons charging her with operating under the influence following a crash on Leighton Road that sent at least one person to the hospital.

9:46 p.m., a Union Street caller reported a disturbance/disorderly conduct.

ARREST

Saturday at 2:36 p.m., John Albert Racine, 26, of Windsor, was arrested on Capitol Street, Augusta, on a charge of violating condition of release.
