ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Sunday, Zachary Dewar, 24, of Jay, was arrested on a warrant.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 2:13 p.m., Herbert Merle Tuttle, 28, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines.

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 2:46 p.m., Richard Bender, 55, listed as transient, was arrested at Rite Aid on Main Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

4:12 p.m., Jenny L. Craig, 34, of 7 Grouse Lane, was arrested on Grouse Lane on a charge of domestic violence assault.

11:54 p.m., Craig Hoague, 25, of 35 Mathews Ave., Apt. 36, was arrested on Mathews Avenue on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN WINSLOW, Sunday at 1:30 a.m., Nicholas David Thorne, 25, of Poulin Street, was arrested on Herd Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

Monday at 4:42 a.m., Steven James MacDonald, 38, of China Road, Albion, was arrested on China Road on a charge of motor vehicle speeding.
