IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 11:06 a.m., Richard Lewis Sneed, 51, of St. Albans, was arrested on two warrants for a probation revocation and unpaid fines and fees.

11:57 a.m., Jordan Buker, 22, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
