ARRESTS
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 8:32 a.m., Anthony Joseph Kilmer, 34, of Madison, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid restitution.
Friday at 5:08 p.m., Phillip Warrant Dickey, 74, of North Anson, was arrested on charges of gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact.
IN WINSLOW, Friday at 5:13 p.m., Kerry R. Grenier, 43, of Waterville, was arrested for operating a vehicle after revocation.
