Wednesday at 3:19 p.m., Stephan Gerard Bailey, 52, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, domestic violence criminal threatening and obstructing the report of a crime by police responding to a report of a disturbance on Trueworthy Avenue.
