Augusta Bridge Club

AUGUSTA — Augusta duplicate bridge club winners for Wednesday were Fred Letourneau and David Lock, Jan Arey and Paul Jones, Joyce Rushton and Dennis Purington, and Nancy Lenfest and Nancy Glusker. Winners on Thursday were Les Buzzell and Anil Goswami, Ken Harvey and Diane Bishop, Fred Letourneau and Sharron Hinckley, and Debbie Gardner and Paul Mitnik.

HALLOWELL — Spectrum Generations William S. Cohen Community Center, announced its recent bridge and cribbage winners.

Cribbage winners on Monday were Lois Bosworth and Carl Gowen, who placed first; Dot Curtis and Bob Atkins, second; and Judy Towle and Ernie Sanborn, third. Lou Turnelle earned high hand.

Game day bridge winners on Wednesday were Wendy Mahoney, who placed first; Dorothy Murray, second; and Sally Nelson, third.

Thursday bridge winners were Sally Foster, who placed first; Pat Leach, second; and Muriel Surowiec, third.
