ARRESTS

Friday at 6:08 a.m., Bradley A. Northup, 59, of Bingham, was arrested on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention and disorderly conduct, loud noise in a private place.
IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 2:45 p.m., Ana Santiago Mendez, 60, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant on Elm Street.
