ARRESTS

4:21 p.m., Kathleen Lynn Foley, 45, of Scarborough, was arrested on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention and assault.

Sunday at 12:42 p.m., Justin L. Anderson, 27, of Canaan, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.
