GARDINER — Dickie Hyper Hynie’s Rockin’ New Years Eve show is set for 7:30 and 10:30 p.m. Thursdsay, Dec. 31, at Johnson Hall, Water Street. Doors open at 7 and 10 p.m. Tickets cost $15 for all seats. The show is family friendly.

Now in its 11th year and more rockin’ than ever, master showman Dickie Hyper-Hynie’s brings an all new annual New Year’s Eve performance featuring Dickie and his talented cast of musicians, jugglers, physical comedians and dancers in an all-star variety show for the whole family. From big dance numbers to side-splitting comedy routines to stellar juggling to really bad magic.

Dickie Hyper-Hynie, a beloved character creation of entertainer Mike Miclon, hosts this crazy evening full of comedy and surprises on the one night he gets to stay out past curfew.

Dickie Hyper-Hynie’s Rockin’ New Years Eve will feature world-class musicians Oren Robinson and April Reed-Cox, five-time international juggling competition winner and physical comedian Fritz Grobe, of “Coke and Mentos” fame, incredible juggler Shane Miclon, amazing dancer Karen Montanaro, actor and physical comedian Collin Miclon and a special appearance by Maynard and Wilbur Duffa of the Buckfield Department of Tourism.

Miclon has brought his high energy antics to some of the finest theaters across the U.S. and Europe, with such highlights as the Kennedy Center and the White House in Washington D.C., The Keller Theater in Germany and the Festa Americana in Italy.
