ARRESTS

6:22 p.m., Jace C. Tillson, 19, of Victoria Drive, was arrested at her residence on two arrest warrants.

11:17 p.m., James W. Hitchcock, 45, of Pleasant Street, was arrested on Sheldon Place on an arrest warrant.
