Friday at 7:01 p.m, William Francis Atwood, 38, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release after shoplifting was reported on Bangor Street.

Saturday at 2:35 a.m., Derek O. Bryan, 44, of Waterville, was arrested and charged after a report of disorderly conduct on Edison Drive.
