4:09 a.m., Stephen G. Bailey, 52, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of failure to pay fines on State Street.

4:11 a.m., Frederick Tercel Rogers, 32, of New York, was arrested on a charge of fugitive from justice on State Street.

Friday at 6:26 p.m., William Claton Cressey Jr., 40, of Gardiner, was arrested on a warrant on Church Street.

JEFFERSON

Jan. 13 Richard J. Kimball, 54, of Jefferson, was arrested on a charge of a probation violation on South Clary Road.

LITCHFIELD

Tuesday at 1:14 a.m., Debra L. Dyer, 50, of Litchfield, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license, criminal mischief and failure to make an oral or written accident report by police responding to a complaint on Plains Road.
