Rep. Henry Beck, D-Waterville, recently greeted Andrea Pasco and Michele Prince, both staff members of Kennebec Valley Community Action Partners, or KVCAP, in the State House’s Hall of Flags. Pasco and Prince were visiting the capital as part of the Maine Association of Nonprofits 13th annual Nonprofit Day at the State House.
