The Honey Paw, represented by chef Thomas Pisha-Duffly, won three of the six categories at the 2016 Boston Lamb Jam competition sponsored by the American Lamb Board on Sunday at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Pisha-Duffly’s Smoked Lamb Khao Soi with Egg Noodles, Burmese Coconut Curry, Fermented Mustard Greens, Crispy Noodle and Lime won “Best in Asian,” “People’s Choice” and “Best in Show.”

Twenty chefs from around New England competed; other Maine competitors were Niko Regas, the chef at Emilitsa, and Austin Miller, owner of the Mami food truck.
