A 45-year-old Winthrop man was injured when his pickup truck rolled over about 7:45 p.m. Thursday on Route 133.
Winthrop police Chief Ryan Frost said Kenneth Souza was driving south on Route 133 when he apparently lost control of the white 2007 Ford F-150, which crossed the centerline and rolled over.
Frost said members of the Winthrop Fire Department used special tools to remove Souza from the vehicle, and he was taken by Winthrop Ambulance to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston.
On Friday afternoon, a nursing supervisor at that hospital said she had no information on anyone with that name.
Frost said police are continuing to investigate to determine the reason for the crash.
Souza was alone in the vehicle.
