ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Friday at 9:12 a.m., Ramon J. Nunez, 61, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with violating condition of release.

4:31 p.m., Scott A. Mairs, 40, of Oakland, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol after a complaint on Western Avenue.

6:03 p.m., Bernard Taylor, 51, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with failing to comply with sex offender registry duty to register, violation of probation and on a warrant after an attempt to locate on Ward Road.

9:07 p.m., Benjamin Robert Beland, 36, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant after an attempt to locate on Hope Way.
