STRATTON — The Dead River Area Historical Society’s annual meeting will begin at noon Sunday, Nov. 20, at the Community Building on Main Street.

A potluck dinner and a Pig-in-a-Poke Auction will follow. Just put something in a brown paper bag for the auction. Participants have no idea what they will receive.

The slate of officers for 2017 to be voted on will include: President/Treasurer Mary Henderson, Vice President Lenny Hobbs, Secretary Hazel Hogan, and Directors Emerson Dyer, June Parsons, Ken Wing and Alan Burnell. Members are asked to bring a guest.
