DAMARISCOTTA — Spectrum Generations Coastal Community Center will host its Wednesday Lunch and Learn program at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, at 521 Main St., Damariscotta. In recognition of Family Caregiver Month Family Caregiver Specialist Mary Nicholas will discuss Taking Care of SoMEone Else following the luncheon.

Family caregivers who share a photograph of their loved one during the program will have lunch for free. Advanced luncheon reservations are required. Chef Perry’s entrée of the day will be baked beans and franks. Call 563-1363 by noon a.m. on Monday, Nov. 28, to make a luncheon reservation. The cost is $5 per person for luncheon guests older than 60. All others are $6. Those who cannot make lunch are welcome to attend the center’s Learn portion of the day’s program, which will begin at approximately noon.
