ARRESTS

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 1:02 a.m., Nicholas Noiles, 22, of Fairfield, arrested on Park Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

1:29 a.m., Steven Fernandes, 51, of Clinton, arrested on Front Street on a charge of operating under the influence, with two prior convictions, and with operating without a license.
