The Titcomb Mountain Holiday Auction, which is sponsored by the Farmington Ski Club and the Titcomb Ski Club Education Foundation, is in its 21st year and will be held Friday, Dec. 2, at Calzolaio Pasta Company in Wilton. Tom and Rocell Marcellino, Calzolaio Pasta Company owners, are hosts of the event which continues to bring the community together in a fun evening for a great cause.
This year’s auction will feature a variety of items from area craftsmen and businesses, as well as community members. Highlights include Sugarloaf ski day passes, Northern Light’s -1-Ton of Hardwood Pellets, WA Mitchell, Barstool; Ski Depot, Fisher Skis; Mountain Force, Ski Parka; Walmart, Grill; Titcomb Combined Season pass and day passes, Golf passes at Sugarloaf and Belgrade, Bouffard’s Furniture end table, Northern Outdoors rafting trip, lobster dinner, Western Maine air plane ride, lake cruises, gift certificates, a series of local books, groomer rides, holiday greenery and wreaths, handcrafted items and paintings, and more.
The Farmington Ski Club also will sell raffle tickets: Grand prize $3,000 cash, two $1,000 cash prizes, and four $500 cash prizes. The drawing will take place in March 2017 during the Dummy Downhill. Tickets will be $25 each with only 560 total tickets sold. To purchase tickets, call Titcomb Mountain at 778-9031.

The silent auction bidding will begin at 6 p.m. followed by the live auction at 7 p.m. Jeff and Adrian Harris, with more than 20 years of auctioneering, are this year’s auctioneers.
