ARRESTS

Thursday at 12:14 a.m., Robert M. Jacobs III, 24, of Dresden, was arrested on Green Street on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal mischief after a report of a domestic disturbance.

12:03 p.m., Jessica Lynn Brough, 32, of Norway, was arrested on State Street by a court security officer on a charge of failure to pay fine.
