HALLOWELL — Harlow Gallery will present Young at Art, the 14th annual exhibition of children’s artwork, on view March 18 through April 8, A public reception will take place from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, March 19, at the gallery, 160 Water St. During this exhibition students from kindergarten through eighth grade will have their work on display in a professional setting.

Each year the gallery invites art teachers from elementary and middle schools from the greater Augusta area to select their best student art to showcase in this community celebration of talented art students and of the importance of arts in education. 2017 marks the first year the gallery is integrating homeschool student artwork in the exhibit.
