ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Saturday at 9:48 p.m., April M. Hayward, 29, of Augusta, was arrested on two warrants after an attempt to locate was made on Northern Avenue.

10:45 p.m., Thomas M. Lowrie, 34, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault and criminal forfeiture of property after a disturbance was reported on Jefferson Street.
