IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 11:54 a.m., Marc Henri Courtemanche, of Athens, was arrested for violating condition of release.

5:45 p.m., Dustin Ryan Hutchins, 33, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing and disorderly conduct.

8:59 p.m., Sierra Dawn Bailey, 19, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution.
