A Wild Game Cooking Class, offered by Gardiner Adult Education, is scheduled for 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, at Gardiner Area High School.
Authors Carole Dyer and Judy Marsh will talk about their cookbook “The Maine Way.” In its third edition, this cookbook was published in 1978.
Along with taste testing corned moose or deer roast, moose meatballs and Hungarian grouse, the presenters will discuss proper care and preparation, and there will be time for questions. Books will be available for purchase for $10.
Registration will cost $10.
