The work of Beth Connor will be featured Thursday, Jan. 4, through Tuesday, March 6, at Gibbs Library, 40 Old Union Road in Washington Village. There will be an open house from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12.

Connor spent four years with the Peace Corps in a remote village in Tanzania from 1985 to 1989. In an era that pre-dated digital photography, she photographed her experiences.

Beth received a BFA in Photography from UNH in 1983.

Although not a professional photographer, photography has remained one of her passions, as she continues to pursue her craft.

Library hours are 4-7 p.m. Monday, 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday, 3-6 p.m. Thursday 3-6, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and 2-5 p.m. Sunday.
