ARRESTS

IN AUGUSTA, Saturday at 8:58 p.m., Donald J. Cloutier, 56, of Augusta was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence (alcohol), after a traffic complaint was made on Civic Center and Old Belgrade drives.

SUMMONS

IN HALLOWELL, Saturday at 3:38 p.m., a 54-year-old Windsor man was summoned on a charge of attaching false plates, after a traffic stop was performed on Water Street.
